Pickup & Cleanup Pricing

Truck Fee: $250.00

Per Ton (2,000 lbs): $195.00

Labor per hour: $178.00

Price includes a driver and 2 guys, each additional guy is another $49 per hour

For customized rates based on consistent service, kindly get in touch with us.

Labor and weight fees are prorated. This means you will only be billed for what you use
Minimum pickup order is $495.00
Orders must be made using a credit card. When you finish your Order we will put a hold of $495.00 on the card. The remaining charges will be billed after the cleanup is complete
Overtime is an additional 25% on the entire invoice
Travel time is included in the calculation of per hour charges.
Each day will be billed as a separate invoice whether or not the job is completed.

This contract is valid for one year from the date posted above giving Yehoshua Wertzberger representing Yankels Demolition authorization to keep below credit card on file for the use of future jobs above agrees to the rates and additional fees for every job from here on out till the contract expires. Any change order shall be in writing. Any verbal agreement will not be valid unless otherwise in writing and signed by both parties. Any written change order will be charged separately.

This contract is valid for one year from the date posted above. representing is giving Yehoshua Wertzberger representing Yankels Demolition authorization to keep below credit card on file for the use of future jobs. agrees to the rates and additional fees for every job from here on out till the contract expires. Any change order shall be in writing. Any verbal agreement will not be valid unless otherwise in writing and signed by both parties. Any written change order will be charged separately.

The price of $495.00 will be charged upon every order. Any additional fees accrued from waiting time or overweight fees will be charged after the job is done from location.

By signing this form, authorizes Yankels Demolition to charge the credit card for the total amount of the Pickup and clean up including additional fees.
